Job Context:
HeroEdits is a global leader in image post-production and 3D/CGI services, working with top brands and studios across fashion, e-commerce, and advertising industries. The Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination between clients and our production teams, driving successful outcomes for all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Coordinate with image editing, 3D/CGI, and retouching teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement contingency plans as needed.
• Ensure quality control checks are performed before final project delivery.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project requirements, updates, and outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and implementing lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a creative or production environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Familiarity with image editing, retouching, or 3D/CGI workflows is a plus.
