The Data Analyst will play a key role in analyzing operational performance, market trends, and client behavior to optimize our processes and identify new growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze business performance metrics and create dashboards to track KPIs across departments.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
• Develop and maintain reports to communicate findings and trends to stakeholders.
• Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance client satisfaction through data-driven analysis.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support business development strategies.
• Utilize statistical tools and machine learning techniques to uncover patterns in data.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in data analysis, visualization tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the post-production or creative industries is a plus.
